Kosciuszko National Park – Park Use Fees

A winter surcharge has been added to the cost of vehicle entry to the Kosciuszko National Park ski fields. This surcharge has been set by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART). It will be phased in over a two-year period, to give communities and businesses sufficient time to become accustomed to the increase.

The details of the surcharge are as follows:

• In the 2010 winter season (from the beginning of the June long weekend to the end of the October long weekend), vehicle entry fees in Kosciuszko National Park will be $27 per day.
• Outside the winter season, vehicle entry fees will remain at $16 per day.
• An annual All Parks Pass (covering Kosciuszko National Park) now costs $190 (effective from 3 October 2006).
